Ribbon Cutting for EL 86.4 Irrigation System

A gathering was held on Monday, May 5, 2025, to celebrate the launch of the EL 86.4 irrigation system. This is the second OGWRP system to come into production and replaced groundwater with surface water for 5500 acres.
