On February 18, the Columbia Basin Conservation District (CBCD) hosted an Odessa Groundwater Replacement Program (OGWRP) Landowner Meeting at the Moses Lake City Council Chambers to provide updates on NRCS programs and ongoing well monitoring efforts.

CBCD and NRCS staff shared updates on PL-566, RCPP, WaterSMART/EQIP, and OGWRP well monitoring, followed by a Q&A session with attending landowners. We appreciate everyone who took the time to join the conversation and stay engaged in advancing sustainable water solutions in our region.

If you were unable to attend or would like to revisit the discussion, you can watch the full meeting recording below.
