RFP Now Open for RCPP On-farm Cultural Resources

Columbia Basin Conservation District (CBCD), formerly Grant County Conservation District, is pleased to announce we are currently accepting proposals from qualified firms to assist with the required cultural resources work for the Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) Odessa Groundwater Replacement Program Lateral 80.6 & 84.7 On-farm Project.

In August 2022, CBCD was awarded funding through the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and is currently in the process of finalizing the RCPP agreement. To help further accelerate this important work, CBCD is soliciting proposals from qualified firms who are interested in providing professional services to complete the statement of work.

The RFP closes on May 1, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. PST.
